We process only the personal data necessary to operate this website, respond to enquiries and maintain the security and reliability of our services.
Depending on how you interact with the website, this may include:
Information you provide through the contact form
When you submit the contact form, we receive:
- your name;
- your work email address;
- the content of your message; and
- any additional personal information you voluntarily include in your message.
Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your message unless it is necessary for your enquiry.
Technical information
When you access the website, our hosting infrastructure may process technical information normally transmitted as part of an internet request, such as:
- IP address;
- date and time of the request;
- requested page or resource;
- browser and device-related request information; and
- other standard HTTP request metadata.
This information may be processed as necessary to deliver the website, maintain security, prevent abuse and troubleshoot technical issues.

Where processing is based on consent in a specific situation, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before consent was withdrawn.
5. Contact form and Formspree
Our contact form is processed using Formspree, a third-party form-processing service.
When you submit the form, your name, work email address and message are transmitted directly from your browser to Formspree so that your enquiry can be processed and delivered to us.
In addition to the information you submit, Formspree and its infrastructure may process technical request information such as your IP address, network metadata and browser Origin for service operation, security and abuse prevention.
The contact form does not load a Formspree SDK, widget, iframe or tracking script before submission.
The current implementation does not accept Formspree cookies in the browser.
Form submissions may be stored within our Formspree account in accordance with our account configuration and Formspree's applicable service terms and retention settings.
6. Hosting and service providers
We use service providers where necessary to operate the website and process enquiries.
These include:
Vercel - website hosting, content delivery, infrastructure and security.
Formspree - processing and delivery of contact-form submissions.
These providers may process limited personal data on our behalf where necessary to provide their services.
We do not authorize service providers to use information submitted through our contact form for PROJECT 58's unrelated marketing purposes.
7. Analytics, advertising and tracking
PROJECT 58 does not currently use website analytics tools, advertising pixels, behavioural advertising systems or cross-site marketing trackers.
We do not currently use services such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Vercel Web Analytics, Vercel Speed Insights, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Microsoft Clarity or Hotjar on this website.
If this changes in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required, obtain appropriate consent before activating non-essential tracking technologies.
8. Cookies and browser storage
PROJECT 58 does not currently set application cookies or use localStorage or sessionStorage.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not use browser storage for behavioural profiling, advertising or marketing.
Our contact form is submitted to Formspree only when you choose to send an enquiry. The current implementation does not accept Formspree cookies in the browser.
Because the website does not currently use non-essential analytics or marketing cookies or similar tracking technologies, we do not display a cookie consent banner.
If this changes in the future, we will update our privacy information and implement any consent mechanism required by applicable law.
9. How long we keep your data
Personal data submitted through a general business enquiry is normally retained for up to 12 months after our last relevant communication with you, unless there is a legitimate reason or legal obligation requiring a different retention period.
If an enquiry develops into a contractual or ongoing business relationship, relevant information may be retained for longer where necessary for contract administration, accounting, tax, legal compliance or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Information processed by our service providers may be subject to their applicable technical retention periods and our account configuration.
We periodically review whether personal data remains necessary and aim to delete or anonymise information when it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected.
10. International data transfers
Some of the service providers we use may process personal data outside Croatia or the European Economic Area.
Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on applicable legal transfer mechanisms and safeguards provided under data protection law and by the relevant service provider, where required.
